Emily Lansmon, P.A.

PA Emily Lansmon is a Baylor Bear, who graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University with Summa Cum Laude honors. She was recognized with the Outstanding Senior Award, enrolled in the Honors College, and a member of the Golden Key Honors Society. She spent many hours a week volunteering for various organizations including caring for hospice patients, tutoring children, leading an after-school program, and volunteering with her church. Afterward, she attended Tarleton State University and received a Master’s degree in Wildlife Ecology and Ecosystem Sciences. She successfully defended her thesis entitled “Comparison of Soil Microbiomes of Mesquite (Prosopis glandulosa) and Texas Wintergrass (Nasella leucotricha) Communities in North Central Texas." While she found wildlife studies interesting, she has a passion for caring for people and pursued a degree in the medical field. She completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at University of North Texas Health Science Center in Ft. Worth. 

 

Emily is married to Will Lansmon, a TSU graduate, and they have one daughter. They value serving their community and are members of Faith Lutheran Church in Stephenville. As a family, they enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, fly fishing, and camping.
